Tessa Higgins

I graduated from US Career Institute and received my NCBTMB certification in 2010. I have found this career  to be endlessly  fulfilling  and truly  enjoy the work I do. I mainly use an integrated deep tissue technique to work through areas of tension or pain. The signs that you need a massage are : You're feeling stressed, You're getting headaches, You're sedentary for most of the day, You have poor posture, You're in pain or don't have full range of motion, You're training or working out, You're having trouble sleeping, or You've never had a massage before.
